This policy sets out the behaviour expected of every user of the platform. Violations may result in content removal, suspension or termination of your account, and where applicable referral to law enforcement.
1. Lawful Use
You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws — including the Information Technology Act 2000 (India), the IT Rules 2021, the Consumer Protection Act 2019, GST and income-tax law, and equivalent regulations in your country of residence.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, host, share or transmit content that is: (a) obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or sexually explicit; (b) defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or invasive of privacy; (c) hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable; (d) infringing of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or proprietary right; (e) deceptive, misleading or fraudulent; (f) promoting violence, terrorism, money-laundering or gambling; (g) impersonating any person or entity.
3. Prohibited Conduct
(a) Reverse-engineering, decompiling or scraping the platform; (b) attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or commission settlements; (c) creating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans; (d) circumventing payments through off-platform settlement; (e) automated/bot traffic without prior written consent; (f) probing or testing platform security without participating in our coordinated disclosure programme.
4. Spam & Communications
No unsolicited promotional messages to other users via the platform's messaging, forum, or notification features. No mass-mailing of leads acquired through the platform outside the consent boundaries set during data capture.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant the platform a limited, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the service. You must not upload content you do not own or have a licence to use.
6. Reporting Violations
Use the in-app "Report" button or email the Grievance Officer (see /grievance) to report violations. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 15 working days.
7. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: remove offending content, warn the user, suspend or terminate the account, withhold pending payouts pending investigation, and report to law enforcement where required by law.
8. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, write to the Grievance Officer within 30 days. We will review and respond within 72 hours.
