Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available for purchases made on INNOVESH. It applies to all buyers regardless of country, with India-specific rights honoured where the buyer is located in India.

1. Scope

This policy covers (a) coaching/course enrollments, (b) products sold via Mandi Market, (c) freelancer task contracts, (d) subscription plans. Service-specific terms in the relevant agreement override this policy where they conflict.

2. Coaching & Course Enrollments

You may cancel within 7 calendar days of enrollment for a full refund, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the course content (measured by lesson completion). After 7 days, or after 20% consumption, enrollments are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate charge, gateway error, or material non-delivery by the coach.

3. Mandi Market Products

Physical goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery if (a) the item is damaged on arrival, (b) the wrong item was shipped, or (c) the item materially differs from its listing. Hygiene-sensitive, perishable, or custom-made items are non-returnable except under (a) or (b). Approved returns are refunded within 7 business days of receipt at the seller.

4. Freelancer Task Contracts

Funds released by a client to a freelancer (via the platform) are non-refundable once the task is marked Delivered and accepted, except where dispute resolution under Section 7 finds in the client's favour.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds are issued only where required by law in your jurisdiction.

6. Duplicate Charges / Gateway Errors

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for a transaction that did not result in a successful order, contact us within 30 days with the Razorpay payment ID. Verified duplicate/erroneous charges are refunded in full within 5–10 business days.

7. Disputes

Disputes that cannot be resolved between buyer and seller can be escalated to our Grievance Officer (see /grievance). We will respond within 72 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 15 working days, as required by India's IT Rules 2021.

8. How Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment instrument via Razorpay. Bank settlement times vary: cards/UPI 3–7 business days, net banking 5–10 business days, wallets 24–48 hours. We do not refund to a different account or method.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email support@innovesh.com with the order/invoice number, payment ID, and reason. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and complete eligible refunds within 7 business days.
