By accessing or using the INNOVESH platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
INNOVESH is a multi-role enterprise platform connecting Freelancers, Clients, Sellers (Mandi Market), Coaches, Students, and Buyers. The platform facilitates task matching, product sales, coaching programs, and related services.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
INNOVESH charges a platform fee/commission on transactions facilitated through the Service. The applicable fee is disclosed at the time of each transaction. Admin-configured commission rules apply to all sales and task contracts.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. By using payment features you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. INNOVESH does not store card or bank details. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
You agree not to: (a) misuse the platform for illegal activities; (b) upload malicious content; (c) impersonate other users; (d) attempt to circumvent platform fees; (e) spam or harass other users; (f) reverse-engineer the platform.
Content you upload remains yours. By uploading, you grant INNOVESH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. The INNOVESH brand, logo, and platform code are owned by Innovesh Agency and may not be reproduced.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. INNOVESH is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, disputes between users, or downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
