INNOVESH delivers a mix of digital services (coaching, freelance work, courses) and physical goods (via Mandi Market). This policy explains how each is delivered.
1. Digital Services & Courses
Coaching enrollments, course access, freelance task assignments, AI agent outputs and similar digital deliverables are made available within your dashboard immediately after payment is captured. If access is not granted within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, contact support with your invoice number.
2. Physical Goods (Mandi Market)
Sellers on Mandi Market are responsible for packaging and shipping. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days within India and 7–21 business days for international orders, depending on the seller and courier. Tracking details, where available, are visible on your order page.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is shown on the checkout page before payment and is determined by the seller. Charges are non-refundable except where the order is cancelled before dispatch or the product is materially defective.
4. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Returns due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may incur a re-shipping fee.
5. Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, courier capacity, and public holidays may extend delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect goods on delivery. Report damage or non-delivery within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Approved cases are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy (see /refund).
7. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges in their own country. These are not collected by the platform and are not refundable.
